This will be our annual sign-up day. if you were eligible last year, we invite you to re-register today. Our first distribution will be January 10th. We will meet in Room 6 for our sign-up event.
Twice a month we receive food from the Coastal Bend Food Bank and distribute to the those in food crises. We operate under the direction of “The Emergency Food Assistance Program” of the USDA.
There are income limitations to qualify for receiving food our Food Pantry. Once qualified, you are signed up for the calendar year. Everyone will need to re-apply at the beginning of the new year, and we will set aside a sign-up day before our first distribution to try and get the bulk of the sign-ups out of the way so that on our first distribution, we can concentrate on helping people. You may always sign-up on the day of a distribution or any time when the Church Office is open. Our normal distribution days are on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
