If you have done it to the least of these, you have done it unto Me.

On Going Events

  • Have you tasted the delicious coffee we offer each Sunday morning between services?  The coffee we serve is purchased with your offerings, which support the Fair Trade Coffee Project adopted of the United Methodist Committee on Relief.  This ministry serves to protect the small farmers in South Africa and South America and to offer them a fair and pre-set market price for their crops.  An indirect environmental mission of this project is that it allows the farmers to be able to survive on their crop earnings without clearing additional forest land and destroying the ecosystem of their homelands.

  • Our Volunteer-In-Mission member, Becky Harrell, visited us recently and shared her call to missionary service in Inquique, Chile.  Over the past two years, we have rejoiced in fellowship at Chile Chili Cook-Offs and Chilly Chile Ice Cream Socials to raise funds to buy books, Bibles and bookshelves for the Library at the Colegio Inglesia in Inquique.  Becky has volunteered for 5 more years of service in Chile.  This time will be spent in Santiago, Chile restoring and revitalizing the library at the Protestant Seminary.  This mission work is completely voluntary and any donations that your heart may lead you to make for Becky's support will be greatly appreciated.  Those offerings can be given to Rev.. Debby Lake or simply marked for VIM Becky Harrell and placed in the offering plate.

Emana would like to invite you to take a look at our most recent Newsletter and join us in Mission in the Atacama Desert of northern Chile.
Bendiciones grandes,
Becky
